đ©đȘ Am vergangenen Wochenende hat unser zweites Ancient Tracks Camp mit einem Dutzend Gleichgesinnter stattgefunden. Auch diesmal ging es in die römische Antike, genauer gesagt zum Limeskastell in Pohl an der ehemaligen römischen Grenze: dem Limes. Nach den ersten schönen gemeinsamen Stunden des Kennenlernens war es uns eine besondere Ehre dass Tommes Rute, der Initiator vom @limesmarsch2023, unseren GĂ€sten viel Spannendes ĂŒber die römische Armee und deren AusrĂŒstung nĂ€her gebracht hat. Bei dem ein oder anderen Glas römischen Wein haben wir den Abend am Lagerfeuer ausklingen lassen. Am nĂ€chsten Tag haben wir zusammen mit einem GĂ€stefĂŒhrer das Kastell nĂ€her erkundet.
đŹđ§ Last weekend our second Ancient Tracks Camp took place with a dozen like-minded people. Also this time we went to the Roman antiquity, more precisely to the Limes fort in Pohl at the former Roman border: the Limes. After the first hours of getting to know each other, it was a special honor for us that Tommes Rute, the initiator of the Limes March, gave our guests a lot of exciting information about the Roman army and its equipment. With one or the other glass of Roman wine we let the evening end at the campfire. The next day we explored the fort together with a tour guide.
